Reinstate a job

1. Access the CCREGN—Job application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCREGN—Search Job screen.

2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display jobs that match the criteria.

   Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

3. Either:

   1. Check the selection box on the search result rows.

   2. Click the Reinstate grid flow to display the Reinstate dialog box.

   3. Enter a Status Change Reason, as required.

   4. Click OK.

      An error is returned if the jobs' Job Type is something other than Production, Proposal or Template.

      Otherwise, for each job where the job's Workflow Status is Cancelled, the job is reinstated.

4. Or:

   1. Open a cancelled job to display the CCREGN—Job Detail screen.

   2. Click Reinstate to display the Reinstate dialog box.

      An error is raised if reinstatement is requested for a laboratory batch job or the job's Workflow Status is not Cancelled.

   3. Enter a Status Change Reason, as required.

   4. Click OK.
