Import samples into a schedule job

Update a template job to display the CCREGN—Job Detail screen.
Select the Samples tab to display template samples that already exist for the template job.
Click Import Schedule Sample to display the CCSAMP—Search Sample screen.
Select the Job Type—All, Templates only, Production only or Schedule only
Enter other relevant search criteria and click Search to display jobs that match the criteria.

Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

On the search results grid, select one or more samples, and click the Import Schedule Sample grid flow option to add samples to the schedule job in the same relative order in which they were displayed in the search results grid in the CCSAMP—Search Sample screen. If a template sample was imported, it is expanded into individual samples.

If a sample contains a sample scheme linked to a scheme version where the scheme is already on another sample in the job for a different scheme version, then an error is raised.

If a selected sample is linked to a client that is different to the schedule job's client, or a selected sample is linked to a client group for which the schedule job's client is not a member, then an error is raised.
Close the CCSAMP—Search Sample screen.
On the CCREGN—Job Detail screen, click Refresh to view the newly registered samples in the Samples grid, and the newly added schemes and analytes on the Tests tab.
Click Submit.
