Enact a draft job to register samples

Select the Scope and Archive Status search criteria on the Primary Criteria tab.

Select Job Type as Schedule on the Primary Criteria tab.

Select a Sort Order on the Primary Criteria tab, as required, to pre-set the order of the records returned to the grid.

Enter other relevant search criteria and click Search to display jobs that match the criteria.
Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

Open the required job to display the CCREGN—Job Detail screen.

Click Enact to register the samples to the target job. The job is created if it does not exist as yet.
If a Production Job Name has not been supplied in the draft job, then an error is raised.
If an org-scope template job exists with a Job Name matching the Production Job Name, then an error is raised.
If the destination job does not exist as yet, a message is displayed to indicate the name of the job that is created.
If the destination job exists already, a message is displayed to indicate the name of the job and that the samples is appended to it.

Click OK to register the samples to the corresponding target registered job. The target registered job is created if it does not exist as yet.
