Further sort samples prior to batching

1. Access the CCBTCH—Job Batch application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCBTCH—Job Batch Detail screen.
2. Return counts for the required analysis.
3. Search for the samples matching the required analysis.
4. Click the Retrieve All Records icon at the bottom left of the grid to ensure that all records are returned from the server prior to sorting, as the sort is only performed upon the records that are currently retrieved.
5. To sort the rows in ascending or descending order based upon the data in a column:
   1. Click the specific column header in the bottom sample grid.
6. To re-sequence the samples:
   1. Drag and drop a sample (one sample at a time) in the grid.
7. To move samples after a nominated row:
   1. Click Move to display the Move Samples dialog box.
   2. Enter the Row number after which to move the selected samples. For example, to move the selected samples to the top of the list, enter a row number of 0.
   3. Click OK.
8. To remove samples from the lower grid:
   1. Click Remove.
9. To include removed samples in the lower grid again:

   1. Click Search Samples.

      Note: Any grid sorting performed since the previous search is lost.
