Return sample counts for schemes or analytes
To return sample counts for schemes, based upon entered criteria:
- Access the CCBTCH—Job Batch application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCBTCH—Job Batch Detail screen.
- Select the Scheme Criteria tab.
- Clear Display Analytes.
- Select the Primary Criteria tab.
- Select the Date Search Scope, the Date Search Field and the Date Search Range.
- Enter other relevant search criteria, as required. (All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.)
- Click Submit to display counts of sample schemes that match the criteria in the top sample scheme grid. Sample schemes for different scheme versions are displayed in separate rows.
To return sample counts for analytes, based upon entered criteria:
- Access the CCBTCH—Job Batch application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCBTCH—Job Batch Detail screen.
- Select the Scheme Criteria tab.
- Select Display Analytes.
- Select the Primary Criteria tab.
- Select the Date Search Scope, the Date Search Field and the Date Search Range.
- Enter other relevant search criteria, as required. (All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.)
- Click Submit to display counts of sample scheme analytes that match the criteria in the top sample scheme analyte grid. Sample scheme analytes for different scheme versions are displayed in separate rows.
To export sample counts to a report:
- Search for sample counts for schemes or analytes.
- Select the check box in the first column of each sample to be included in the report, or leave all samples unselected to include all jobs in the report.
- Click Export to report on the grid to generate the grid report document.
Note: Until a search is performed, the Export to Report option is not available, and if any search criteria are updated the Export to Report option is not available until a search is performed.
During this process, the screen is greyed out and the Generating the Report notification widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When the server finishes generating the report, the screen returns to normal and the notification widget is updated so the report can be downloaded.
