Add blank or standard QC samples to a job scheme

1. Access the CCQCSM—QC Sample Modification application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCQCSM—QC Sample Modification Detail screen.
2. Search for samples associated with a job scheme.
3. Select one or more samples.
4. Click Add Standard / Blank to display the Add Standard / Blank dialog box.
5. Select the Analytical Type, QC Type, QC Standard, QC Standard Lot and the Number to Apply.
6. If Number to Apply is greater than one, to link the subsequent standard/blank QC samples to the first standard/blank QC sample for precision assessment, select the Secondary QC Type Code.
7. Select the QC Placement.
8. Click OK.
