Open QC sample maintenance for a job scheme

To search for samples in a job scheme to view QC details:

1. Access the CCQCSM—QC Sample Maintenance application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCQCSM—QC Sample Modification Detail screen.

2. Either enter or use the lookup mechanism to search for and return the Job Name. Only production, laboratory batch, internal, proposal and template jobs can be searched. Schedule and draft jobs cannot be searched.
3. Select the Scheme Code from the job.

4. Click Search Samples to display sample schemes that match the criteria.

To export samples for a job scheme to a report:

1. Search for sample schemes associated with a job scheme.
2. Select the check box in the first column of each sample to be included in the report, or leave all samples unselected to include all samples in the report.
3. Click Export to report on the grid to generate the grid report document.

   Note: Until a search is performed, the Export to Report option is not available, and if any search criteria are updated the Export to Report option is not available until a search is performed.

   During this process, the screen is greyed out and the Generating the Report notification widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When the server finishes generating the report, the screen returns to normal and the notification widget is updated so the report can be downloaded.
