Open batch sample maintenance for a job scheme

To search for samples in a job scheme to view batching details:

1. Access the CCREGN—Job application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCREGN—Search Job screen.

2. Select the Scope, Archive Status and Job Type search criteria on the Primary Criteria tab.

   Note: If the aim is to de-link samples from a batch or update laboratory batched sample scheme anlaytes for a job scheme, then select Job Type as Lab Batch.

3. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display jobs that match the criteria.

   Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

4. Click Open Batch Sample Maintenance option on the row containing the job to display the CCBTSM—Batch Sample Maintenance Detail screen.

5. Select a Scheme Code.

6. Click Search Samples to display batch samples that match the criteria.

To export samples for a job scheme to a report:

1. Search for samples for selected schemes and analytes.
2. Select the check box in the first column of each job to be included in the report, or leave all samples unselected to include all jobs in the report.
3. Click Export to report on the grid to generate the grid report document.

   Note: Until a search is performed, the Export to Report option is not available, and if any search criteria are updated the Export to Report option is not available until a search is performed.

   During this process, the screen is greyed out and the Generating the Report notification widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When the server finishes generating the report, the screen returns to normal and the notification widget is updated so the report can be downloaded.
