Enter a value in final results mode

  1. Search for workbooks using a Data Mode of Final Results mode, ensure that Read Only Mode is not selected, then open the workbook in either normal to display the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Detail screen or in transposed mode to display the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Transposed Detail screen.

  2. Select an unlocked workbook cell.

  3. Enter or capture the final result.
  4. Where the sample scheme analyte's Data Type is Numeric Only, Numeric or Text and a Result Selection List is configured for the scheme version analyte, and the scheme version analyte's Only From List flag is:
    1. Selected, then the result must be selected from one in the list.
    2. Not selected, then the result can either be selected from one in the list or entered.
  5. Where the sample scheme analyte's Data Type is Document or Image, then click on the icon to locate and open a document or image, respectively.

  6. Do one of the following:

    1. Click Submit to save the changes made during the workbook session and return focus to the last selected cell prior to the submit.

    2. Click Submit and Close to save the changes made during the workbook session and close the sheet.
