Enter a value in weight/volume mode

1. Search for workbooks using a Data Mode of Weight/Volume mode, ensure that Read Only Mode is not selected, then open the workbook in either normal to display the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Detail screen or in transposed mode to display the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Transposed Detail screen.

To enter a weight or volume:

1. Select a workbook cell for a preparation weight or preparation volume-type analyte.

2. Enter or capture the weight or volume result.

   The result is accepted or rejected based upon the restrictions in place.

   If the weight or volume is rejected, then a dialog box is displayed to indicated whether the weight or volume is too high or too low.

3. Do one of the following:

   1. Click Submit to save the changes made during the workbook session and return focus to the last selected cell prior to the submit.

   2. Click Submit and Close to save the changes made during the workbook session and close the sheet.

To enter a result for another preparation type analyte:

1. Select a workbook cell for a preparation other-type analyte.

2. Enter or capture the result.

3. Do one of the following:

   1. Click Submit to save the changes made during the workbook session and return focus to the last selected cell prior to the submit.

   2. Click Submit and Close to save the changes made during the workbook session and close the sheet.
