Set alphanumeric entry on/off

1. Search for workbooks using a Data Mode of Final Results mode, ensure that Read Only Mode is not selected, then open the workbook in either normal to display the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Detail screen or in transposed mode to display the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Transposed Detail screen.

2. To turn alphanumeric entry on:

   1. Access the Alphanumeric Mode Onnative workbook command (accessed via a workbook menu).
   2. Select a cell where the sample scheme analyte's Data Type is Numeric.
   3. Enter a string, for example, ABC to see the result being accepted due to string entry being allowed.

3. To turn alphanumeric entry off:

   1. Access the Alphanumeric Mode Off native workbook command (accessed via a workbook menu).
   2. Select a cell where the sample scheme analyte's Data Type is Numeric.
   3. Enter a string, for example, ABC to see a warning given due to string entry being denied.
