Search for workbooks

To search for workbooks:

1. Access the CCWKOP—Open Workbook application from the main menu or quick launch, or from opening a workbook in normal mode from the CCWKBK—Workbook application to display the CCWKOP—Search Open Workbook screen.
2. Enter the following fields:

   Job Name

   Archive Status

   Data Mode

   Read Only Mode

   Sample Types

   From Rack and To Rack

3. Click Submit to search for the schemes and analytes across matching jobs, and display the schemes and analytes in the Scheme Summary grid.

To export workbook schemes to a report:

1. Search for workbooks.
2. Select the check box in the first column of each scheme and analyte to be included in the report, or leave all schemes and analytes unselected to include all schemes in the report.
3. Click Export to report on the grid to generate the grid report document.

   Note: Until a search is performed, the Export to Report option is not available, and if any search criteria are updated the Export to Report option is not available until a search is performed.

   During this process, the screen is greyed out and the Generating the Report notification widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When the server finishes generating the report, the screen returns to normal and the notification widget is updated so the report can be downloaded.
