Open a workbook session

To open a workbook session:

1. Search for workbooks using any Data Mode from the CCWKOP—Search Open Workbook screen.

2. To open a workbook session in normal display mode, either select the workbook and click Open Normal, or double-click the desired workbook to open the workbook session using the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Detail screen.

3. To open a workbook session in transposed display mode, select the workbook and click Open Transposed to open the workbook session using the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Transposed Detail screen.

To export workbook content to Excel™:

1. Click the Report to Excel grid flow to display the Export Grid Data to Excel dialog box.
2. Check Export all data from the server to include all samples in the workbook, even those not downloaded yet.
3. Check Export all columns, incl. hidden columns to include all attributes for those sample results.
4. Click OK to display the Retrieve All message.
5. Click OK to display the Select location for download dialog box.
6. Enter the following fields:

   Save in

   File name—Name the .xls file using a name that reflects the application name, for example biofield search results in the CCBFLD—Search Biofield application may be named CCBFLDGrid.xls, or a worksheet may be named XRF_Worksheet_Job123.xls.

7. Click Save to export the grid data and save the file.
