Copy, cut or paste content in workbook cells
- Open a workbook session in normal mode to display the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Detail screen or in transposed mode to display the CCWKOP—Workbook Open Transposed Detail screen.
- To copy both workbook cell formulas and values (not applicable for dilution mode):
- Select cells to have their formulas and values copied.
- Press Ctrl+C.
Note: When a workbook is opened in dilution mode, then pressing Ctrl+C operates as Ctrl+Shift+C since only values can be copied.
- To copy workbook cell formulas only (not applicable for dilution mode):
- Select cells to have their formulas copied.
- Access the Copy Cell Formulas native workbook command (accessed via a workbook menu).
- To copy workbook cell values only:
- Select cells to have their values copied.
- Access the Copy Cell Values native workbook command (accessed via a workbook menu) or press Ctrl+Shift+C.
- To cut both workbook cell formulas and values (not applicable for dilution mode):
- Select cells to have their formulas and values cut.
- Press Ctrl+X.
Note: When a workbook is opened in dilution mode, then pressing Ctrl+X operates as Ctrl+Shift+X sinces only values can be cut.
- To cut workbook cell formulas only (not applicable for dilution mode):
- Select cells to have their formulas cut.
- Access the Cut Cell Formulas native workbook command (accessed via a workbook menu).
- To cut workbook cell values only:
- Select cells to have their values cut.
- Access the Cut Cell Values native workbook command (accessed via a workbook menu) or press Ctrl+Shift+X.
- To paste buffer content into workbook cells:
- Select the cell at which the paste is to start.
- Enter Ctrl-V.
