Maintain samples for a report request
To review samples for a report request:
- Search and open the required report request to display the CCRPTR—Report Request Detail screen.
- Select the Samples tab to display report request samples in the grid.
To add samples to a report request:
- Click Add Sample to display the CCRPTRSAMP—Search Sample screen.

Select the Scope, Archive Status and Job Type search criteria on the Primary Criteria tab.

Select a Sort Order on the Primary Criteria tab to order the sample search results set by a specific job or sample field, or leave the field empty to order the sample search results set by a samples' Job Code, Registration Sequence and Sample Code.

Enter other relevant search criteria and click Search to display samples that match the criteria.
Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.
- On the search results grid, select one or more samples, and click the Add with all Schemes and Analytes grid flow option.
- Close the CCRPTRSAMP—Search Sample screen.
- Return to the CCRPTR—Report Request Detail screen and click Refresh to redisplay the report request samples.
To remove samples from a report request:
- Click X at the beginning of the row to be removed.
- Click Submit.
