A biofield group is a collection of Biofields.

A biofield group is created to allow for the quick addition of biofield data to jobs and samples.

Biofield Group Scope

Biofield groups are created with org-scope. An organisation can contain multiple biofield groups.

Use of Biofield Groups

Biofield groups are used to add product biofields to jobs and samples efficiently.

A client group or cost centre can be linked to a biofield group so that when a client in the client group, or the cost centre is added to the job, the biofields in the associated group are added to the job.

Creation and Maintenance of Biofields

Biofield groups are created using the CCBFGP—Biofield Group application, which can also be accessed using the Registration Setup » Biofield Group menu option.

Dependencies and Restrictions for Biofields

Biofield groups must have a code.

Org-scope biofield groups can only contain org-scope biofields.

Org-scope biofield groups can contain both org-scope and lab-scope biofields.
