Set the WORKBOOK_IS_LOAD_ALL_SAMPLES application preference

1. Access the CCPREF—Preference application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPREF—Search Preference screen.
2. Enter the Preference Name—WORKBOOK_IS_LOAD_ALL_SAMPLES
3. Click Submit.
4. Open the preference with the lowest level of scope to display the CCPREF—Preference Detail screen.
5. If Is System is selected, then clear it and click Submit.
6. Ensure that Setting Type is set to BOOLEAN.
7. To turn off paging as samples are loaded into a workbook when a workbook is opened in normal mode, and to therefore have all samples loaded, select Setting Value.
8. To turn on paging as samples are loaded into a workbook when a workbook is opened in normal mode, and to therefore have a page of samples loaded initially, and extra samples loaded upon demand as the user clicks down the page, clear Setting Value.
9. Set the Preference Type to PREFERENCE.
10. Ensure Is Active is selected.
11. Click Submit.
12. If Is System was initially selected, then ensure it is reselected and click Submit.
