Set the WORKBOOK_LOCK_REFRESH_INTERVAL application preference

1. Access the CCPREF—Preference application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPREF—Search Preference screen.
2. Enter the Preference Name—WORKBOOK_LOCK_RELEASE_INTERVAL
3. Click Submit.
4. Open the preference with the lowest level of scope to display the CCPREF—Preference Detail screen.
5. If Is System is selected, then clear it and click Submit.
6. Ensure that Setting Type is set to NUMERIC.
7. Enter the Setting Value—The interval, in minutes, at which a heartbeat is sent to the server from a workbook, to keep job scheme locks active CCWKOP—Open Workbook application.
8. Set the Preference Type to PREFERENCE.
9. Ensure Is Active is selected.
10. Click Submit.
11. If Is System was initially selected, then ensure it is reselected and click Submit.
