Maintain price schedules in a price book

To search for price schedules in a price book:

  1. Access the CCPRCCAT—Price Catalogue application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPRCCAT—Search Price Catalogue screen.
  2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display price catalogues that match the criteria.
  3. Open the required price catalogue to display the CCPRCCAT—Price Catalogue Detail screen. Price books relating to the price catalogue display in the Price Books grid.

  4. Open the required price book to display the CCPRCBK—Price Book Detail screen. Note that the price schedule grid remains empty until price schedules are returned from the search.

  5. Enter price schedule search criteria: Price Code, Price Type, Scheme Code and Return Only Unpriced Schedules, as required.
  6. Click Search to display price schedules that match the criteria.

To export price schedules in a price book to a report:

  1. Search for price schedules in a price book.

  2. Select the check box in the first column of each price schedule to be included in the report, or leave all price schedules unselected to include all price schedules in the report.

  3. Click Export to report on the grid to generate the grid report document.

    Note: Until a search is performed, the Export to Report option is not available, and if any search criteria are updated the Export to Report option is not available until a search is performed.

    During this process, the screen is greyed out and the Generating the Report notification widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When the server finishes generating the report, the screen returns to normal and the notification widget is updated so the report can be downloaded.

To add price schedules to a price book:

  1. Access the CCPRCCAT—Price Catalogue application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPRCCAT—Search Price Catalogue screen.
  2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display price catalogues that match the criteria.
  3. Open the required price catalogue to display the CCPRCCAT—Price Catalogue Detail screen. Price books relating to the price catalogue display in the Price Books grid.

  4. Open the required price book to display the CCPRCBK—Price Book Detail screen.

  5. Either:

    1. Click Add iconAdd.
    2. Select the Price Code.
    3. Click Submit. The Base Price Note and Block Price Note are inherited from the price code.
  6. Or:
    1. Click Lookup CCPRCCODE to display the CCPRCCODE—Search Price Code screen.
    2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display price codes that match the criteria.
    3. Select the required price codes.
    4. Click Select and Return.
  7. Update the following fields in the grid, as required: Base Price, Base Price Note, Fixed Block Price, Block Price Note and Aggregate Items.
  8. Click Submit.

To delete a price schedule from a price book:

  1. Search for the price schedule in the price book.
  2. Either:
    1. Click Delete at the beginning of the rows to be deleted.

    2. Click Submit to delete the selected price codes from the price book.

  3. Or:

    1. Open the price schedule to display the CCPRCSCHD—Price Schedule Detail screen.

    2. Click Delete to display the Confirm Delete dialog box.
    3. Click OK.
