Configure price codes
To search for price codes:
- Access the CCPRCCODE—Price Code application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPRCCODE—Search Price Code screen.
- Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display price codes that match the criteria in the grid.
To export price codes to a report:

Search for price codes.
- Select the check box in the first column of each price code to be included in the report, or leave all price codes unselected to include all price codes in the report.
- Click Export to report on the grid to generate the grid report document.
Note: Until a search is performed, the Export to Report option is not available, and if any search criteria are updated the Export to Report option is not available until a search is performed.
During this process, the screen is greyed out and the Generating the Report notification widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When the server finishes generating the report, the screen returns to normal and the notification widget is updated so the report can be downloaded.
To create a price code:
- Access the CCPRCCODE—Price Code application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPRCCODE—Search Price Code screen.
- Click New to display the CCPRCCODE—Price Code Detail screen.
- Check Organisation Scope, as required.
- Enter the Price Code.
- Enter an optional Name and Description.
- Select the Price Type.
- Enter an optional Default Base Price Note and Default Block Price Note.
- Check Active, as required.
- Click Submit.
To review or update a price code:

Search for price codes.

Open the required price catalogue to display the CCPRCCODE—Price Code Detail screen. The price code shows Created for Quotes where it was created for a quote price schedule.
- Update the fields, as required.
- Click Submit.
To create a price code from an existing price code (where the price code is not associated with a quote price schedule):

Search for price codes.

Open the required price code to display the CCPRCCODE—Price Code Detail screen.
- Click Save As. An error is raised if the price code's Created for Quotes is selected.
Otherwise, the Price Code field is enabled.
- Enter the new Price Code.
- Update the fields, as required.
- Click Submit
To delete a price code:

Search for price codes.

Open the required price code to display the CCPRCCODE—Price Code Detail screen.
- Click Delete to display the Confirm Delete dialog box.
- Click Confirm to delete the price code. An error is raised if the price code is linked from a scheme, scheme version analyte, template sample, price book schedule or quote, in which case, it cannot be deleted.
