Set the ALLOW_SCHEMEVERSIONANALYTE_EDITABLE_PROPERTIES Preference

Use this activity to set the ALLOW_SCHEMEVERSIONANALYTE_EDITABLE_PROPERTIES application preference to specify which enabled-scope scheme version analyte DTO properties are editable, to ensure that those properties which are deemed to be organisation-controlled remain inviolate.

The Scope for this preference is usually set at laboratory level.

Activity Steps

1. Access the CCPREF—Preference application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPREF—Search Preference screen.

   Enter the Preference Name—ALLOW_SCHEMEVERSIONANALYTE_EDTIABLE_PROPERTIES

2. Click Submit.
3. Open the preference with the lowest level of scope to display the CCPREF—Preference Detail screen.
4. If Is System is checked, then:
   1. Uncheck Is System.
   2. Click Submit.
5. Ensure that Setting Type is set to STRING.

   Enter the Setting Value—Entered as a comma-separated list of scheme version analyte DTO properties, for example: name,description,importName,isInvoiceable,priceCode

6. Set the Preference Type to PREFERENCE.
7. Ensure Is Active is checked.
8. Click Submit.
9. If Is System was initially checked, then:
   1. Check Is System.
   2. Click Submit.
