Configure a syntax to generate invoice email text

1. Create a syntax in the CCSNTX—Syntax application.

2. Enter the following fields:

   Organisation Scope

   Syntax Code: INVOICE_EMAIL_MSGS or INVOICE_EMAIL_SUBJS, As required

   Syntax Type: Invoice Request

   Is Active: Checked

3. Enter syntax details, for example, for an invoice email message:

   Syntax:

   To $Client.name.asEllipseValue

   Attached is the invoice for Job name

   $Invoice.invoiceNo.asEllipseValue

   Regards,

   Lab Administrator

   or for an invoice email subject:

   Invoice for Job: $Invoice.invoiceNo.asEllipseValue

   Outer Seq Floor: 1

   Outer Seq Ceiling: 9999999999

   Outer Seq Increment: 1

4. Click Submit.
