Activate/Deactivate system languages by directly accessing the multivaluedI18Nsetting user preference
Access the MSEPRF—User Preferences application from the main menu or quick launch to display the MSEPRF—Search User Preferences screen.
Set the Property search criteria to msesys.config.multivaluedI18Nsetting.
Click Submit to display user preferences that match the criteria.
If a user preference does not exist where the Property is msesys.config.multivaluedI18Nsetting, the Scope, User Id and Role are as required for the desired scope, and the Counter is 00000000, then:
Enter the Property name as msesys.config.multivaluedI18Nsetting.
Set the Preference Counter to 00000000.
Enter the Value as comma-separated list of 4-alpha locale codes for the languages that are to be active for the interface, for example, EN_AU, PT_BR, FR_FR to add Australian English, Brazilian Portuguese and European French.
Update the Laboratory, User Id and Role as required.
Click Submit to update the preference. If the preference does not exist at the defined scope and counter level, it is first created.
