Maintain service custom attributes

To search for services:

  1. Access the MSEATT—Service Custom Attribute application from the main menu or quick launch to display the MSEATT—Search Service Custom Attribute screen.

  2. Enter search criteria, as required, in Service Name.

    Note: The Service Name criteria is case-sensitive.

  3. Click Submit to display services that match the criteria.

To export service custom attributes:

  1. Search for services.

  2. Select the check boxes next to the custom attribute types to export.

  3. Click the Export grid flow to display the Click to Download dialog box.
  4. Click Click to Download to download the file containing the service custom attributes for the selected services.

To import service custom attributes:

  1. Access the MSEATT—Service Custom Attribute application from the main menu or quick launch to display the MSEATT—Search Service Custom Attribute screen.

  2. Click Import.
  3. Locate and select the file containing the service custom attribute and service definitions.
  4. Click OK to extract the service custom attributes from the file and add them to the specified service.

To review services custom attributes on a service:

  1. Search for services.

  2. Open the required service to display the MSEATT—Service Custom Attribute Detail screen.

  3. Update the attribute types on the service, as required.

  4. Click Submit.

To update a service custom attribute on a service:

  1. Search for services.

  2. Open the required service to display the MSEATT—Service Custom Attribute Detail screen.

To add a custom attribute to a service, to create a service custom attribute:

  1. Click Add icon Add.
  2. Enter the Attribute Name and Attribute Type.
  3. Select Multiplicity, where required.
  4. Click Submit.

To remove a service custom attribute from a service:

  1. Click CC_Delete_Icon Delete next to the service custom attribute to be deleted.
  2. Click Submit.
