Make a grid report template available for grid export

1. Access the CCPREF—Preference application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPREF—Search Preference screen.
2. Enter a Preference Name of SEARCH_REPORT%.
3. Click Submit to display application preferences that match the criteria.
4. Open the preference, for example, SEARCH_REPORT_CCCLNT, that has the lowest level of scope (User is lowest, then Role, Laboratory, Organisation, and Instance is highest) to display the CCPREF—Preference Detail screen.
5. Enter the Scope, which is usually set at laboratory level for this preference.
6. If Is System is selected, then uncheck it and click Submit.
7. Select Setting Type as STRING.
8. Enter the Setting Value, for example, SIMPLE:Simple Grid Report.
9. Select Preference Type as PREFERENCE.
10. Ensure Is Active is selected.
11. Click Submit.
