Conditions for Auto-activation of Samples

When a group of samples is successfully expanded to create the individual samples in the job, or QC samples are added to the job, if a job's Workflow Status is:

• Registered, then the sample's Workflow Status is set to Registered.
• Not Started, then the sample's Workflow Status is set to Not Started, that is, the samples are activated also.
