Conditions for Auto-validation of a Laboratory Batch Job

When the cascade engine evaluates a job's Validated Date, where:

• The job's Job Type is Lab Batch,
• The job's Workflow Status is Completed and the Validated Date is not stamped,
• The AUTO_VALIDATE_LAB_BATCH_JOBS application preference is:
  • Defined and is checked, then the job's Validated Date is stamped.
  • Not defined, or is defined and is cleared, then the job's Validated Date remains unstamped.
