Conditions for Defaulting Gridding on Sample Scheme Analyte Copy
Where Applying Sample Gridding or Entering Results into Workbook Cells sets cells to LNR, IS, NA or NR, then sample scheme analyte workflows are copied according to the following rules:
-
If any source sample scheme analyte has a Workflow Status of No Result (NR) or Not Analysed (NA), then the destination sample scheme analyte inherits the NR or NA workflow statuses, and the sample scheme analyte's Analysed By, Released By and Validated By are set to the current user and Analysed Date, Released Date, and Validated Date are set to the current system date-time.
-
If any source sample scheme analyte has a Workflow Status of Insufficient Sample (IS) or Listed Not Received (LNR) workflow statuses, then the destination sample scheme analytes are given a workflow status of Not Started (NS), and the sample scheme analyte's Analysed By, Released By, Validated By, Analysed Date, Released Date, and Validated Date are left empty.
