Conditions for Defaulting Sample Schemes and Analytes to Listed Not Received

If a sample has a Workflow Status of Listed Not Received (LNR), when a new sample scheme or sample scheme analyte is added to the sample, then the sample scheme's Workflow Status and the sample scheme analyte's Workflow Status are set also to Listed Not Received.

A batched job sample cannot be marked directly as LNR. LNR was designed to be assigned to a production sample and prevents that marked sample from being batched. If there is a need to mark a batched sample as LNR, the user has to mark it from the production job sample. This status would then be reflected in the batch sample. User must be aware of the rules to the application of LNR as the production and batch jobs might be in different stages of the lab process.
