When a job is created from scratch or by copying a non-schedule-non-template job, that is, not by schedule job processes nor by copying a schedule or template job to create a new job, then:
- If checked (default if missing; default on deploy), then the job's Received Date and Received By are set to the current laboratory's date-time and user.
- If cleared, then the job's Received Date and Received By are not set, and must be set manually.
