DEFAULT_PRIORITY

STRING, comprising a unit of time

Entered in the format xN, where x is an integer and N is a code for a date-time period: S (second), N (minute), H (hour), D (day), M (month), Y (year). For example, 10D (10 days), 30N (30 minutes).

When you create a job or client or ERS, or update a job and change the Client Code or Project Code, and the priority is not set by either the client project nor the client, then:

  • If empty (default on deploy), then the job's Priority is set to 5D, and the job's Required Date is calculated based on the new priority.
  • If a valid xN format, then the job's Priority is set to the value, and the job's Required Date is calculated based on the new priority.

Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
