STRING, comprising a syntax code

When attempting to create a subcontract batch job, then:

• If empty (default on deploy), then the default syntax code in the Batch Name Syntax Code field on the Create Subcontract Batch dialog box is empty.
• If an active syntax code that has a Syntax Type of Batch Name, then the default syntax code in the Batch Name Syntax Code field on the Create Subcontract Batch dialog box defaults to the syntax code.

Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
