When an email is sent for a certificate report generated from the CCRPTR—Report Request application, then:

• If empty (default on deploy), then the default email message is: 'See attached report, generated by CCLAS.'
• If not empty, then the default email message is the supplied text.

Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
