INST_UPLOADER_PATH
The file path of the instrument repository root folder, under which uploaded instrument files are located.
The file path needs to be defined as an EFS file path using a samba address, that is, with a '//172' address, for example:
smb://172.31.182.151/efs/cclab123/data/INSTFILES/InstFileRepository/DEFAULT_LAB
