JOB_NAME_ONLY_FROM_SYNTAX

When attempting to create a production or internal job, then:
- If checked, then the job name cannot be entered but can only be constructed from the selected Job Name Syntax Code.
- If cleared (default on deploy; default if missing), then the job name may be entered or can be constructed from the selected Job Name Syntax Code.
