When updating job scheme notes during registration and the F2 function key is pressed whilst entering the job scheme's Report Notes, or updating job scheme report header, footer and result notes during registration and the F2 function key is pressed whilst entering the job scheme's Report Header Text or the job scheme's Report Footer Text, such that the Select Canned Comments dialog box is displayed, then the Select Canned Comments dialog box is displayed and Category Code is pre-populated with the categories pre-defined in the preference, and the drop-down list is populated with the canned comments linked to those categories.
