When updating sample scheme notes during registration and the F2 function key is pressed whilst entering the sample scheme's Report Notes, or updating sample scheme report header, footer and result notes during registration and the F2 function key is pressed whilst entering the sample scheme's Report Header Text or Report Footer Text, or updating notes during analysis and the F2 function key is pressed whilst entering the sample scheme's SS Report Notes, SS Report Header Notes or SS Report Footer Notes, then the Select Canned Comments dialog box is displayed and Category Code is pre-populated with the categories pre-defined in the preference, and the drop-down list is populated with the canned comments linked to those categories.
