PRODUCT_AUTO_CREATE_SPEC

When a product is created, then:
- If checked (default on deploy), and a specification with a Specification Type of Product and the same Scope and Code as the product exists, then the product is associated with the specification, otherwise a specification with a Specification Type of Product and the same Scope, Code, Name and Description as the product is created, the Reportable check box is cleared and the Is Auto Promoted is selected, and its Status set to Activated, and the product associated with it.
- If cleared (default if missing), then the product is created without an associated specification.
When a product is deleted, then:
- If checked (default on deploy), where a specification was created and associated using this auto-create functionality, it is deleted also.
Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
