RETAIN_DUP_UPON_UNK_DELETION

When a sample that has a Primary Analytical Type of Unknown is deleted, then:
- If checked (default on deploy; default if missing), then any samples that have a Primary Analytical Type of Duplicate that have the unknown sample as its original sample, are retained.
- If cleared, then any samples that have a Primary Analytical Type of Duplicate that have the unknown sample as its original sample, are deleted also.
Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
