STRING, comprising a user group code
When you request to Change Sample Owner for a sample, then:
- If the preference is not defined or is empty (default on deploy), then since all active users from the current laboratory can change the sample owner, the change sample owner action proceeds.
- If an invalid user group code, or you are not a member of the user group, then the change sample owner action does not proceed.
- If you are a member of the user group, then the change sample owner action proceeds.
Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
