STRING, comprising a comma-separated list of report template codes and report descriptions in the format <ReportTemplateCode>:<GridReportDescription>.
For example:
JOB_DETAILED_HISTORY:Job Detailed History,JOB_ACTIVATION:Job activation
When a job is opened for review from the search grid when Reviewing Operational Data Audits in the CCJAUD—Job Audit application, and you select Export to report to create a job audit detail report, then:
- If empty (default on deploy), then no report templates are available to create the report.
- If active report template codes that have a Template Type of Grid, then the list of available report templates in the Report Template Code field of the Export to Report dialog box defaults to these, in the order in which they are specified in the setting value, with the first one in the list being the default.
Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
