TEMPLATE_OVERRIDE_JOB_SCHEME_LIST
STRING, comprising a comma-separated list of job scheme attributes, including:
- isIncludeInJobQc.
When a job scheme is caused to be created by the creation of a sample scheme that was registered by adding a group of samples using a template sample to a job, and the job scheme needs to be populated with details from the scheme or scheme version, then:
- If empty (default on deploy), or the preference is missing, or contains no valid job scheme attributes, then the job scheme attribute is set from the master scheme or scheme version.
- If not empty, then, for each valid job scheme attribute in the list, the job scheme attribute is set from the template job scheme associated with the scheme in the template sample, and for each job scheme attribute not in the list, the job scheme attribute is set from the master scheme or scheme version.
Typically the preference is not set at role or user level.
