Processes associated with this form

Screens can be customised for the organisation, laboratory or user using the personalisation feature of CCLAS. The Personalised icon on the top right margin of the application indicates whether a screen is personalised.

Screen flows
  • Submit—Validate and save the changes.
  • Refresh—Reload the original data. Any changes made since the last submit are lost.
  • New—Create a new item related to the application.
  • Save As—Create a new item based on the information provided by an existing item.
  • Delete—Confirm and delete the current item.
  • Open—Display a dialog box to enter an existing item to display its detail.
  • New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.
Header

  • ERS Code

    The unique code assigned to the entity.

  • Name

    The name of the electronic request sheet. Maximum 40 characters. Multi-language support.

  • Description

    The description of the electronic request sheet. Maximum length of 400 characters. Multi-language support.

  • ERS Category

    A category assigned to the electronic request sheet. Selected from categories with a Category Type of ERS_SHEETS.

  • Status

    The status of the electronic request sheet:

    • Active
    • Inactive

  • Order Number

    The order number associated with the electronic request sheet.

  • Last Modification Date

    The date at which the electronic request sheet was last modified.

  • Last Modification Time

    The time at which the electronic request sheet was last modified.

  • Last Modification User

    The user who last modified the electronic request sheet.

  • Creation Date

    The date at which the electronic request sheet was created.

  • Creation Time

    The time at which the electronic request sheet was created.

  • Creation User

    The user who created the electronic request sheet.

Items grid

List of Items within the electronic request sheet. An item corresponds to one or more Stakeholder. A Job can be created from an Electronic Request Sheet Item.

  • Item Code

    The code of the Item within the electronic request sheet.

  • Name

    The name of the electronic request sheet Item. Maximum 40 characters. Multi-language support.

  • ERS Category

    The category assigned to the electronic request sheet item. Selected from categories with a Category Type of ERS_SHEETS.

  • Order Number

    The order number associated with the electronic request sheet Item.

  • Description

    The description of the electronic request sheet Item. Maximum length of 400 characters. Multi-language support.

  • Job Code

    The code of the job that was registered using the electronic request sheet. Display only.

  • Client Code

    The code of the client associated with the electronic request sheet. This client code become s the job's Client Code when a job is created using the electronic request sheet Item.

  • Laboratory Code

    The code of the laboratory associated with the electronic request sheet. This laboratory code becomes the job's Laboratory Code when a job is created using the electronic request sheet Item.

  • Contact Code

    The code of the contact associated with the electronic request sheet. This contact code becomes the job's Contact Code when a job is created using the electronic request sheet Item.

  • Project Code

    The code of the project associated with the electronic request sheet. This project code becomes the job's Project Code when a job is created using the electronic request sheet Item.

  • ERS Date

    The date-time at which the electronic request sheet Item was created in CCLAS. Display only.

  • Registered By

    The code of the user who registered the job using the electronic request sheet Item.

  • Item Type

    The type of electronic request sheet item:

    • Stakeholder.
