Header

• Display All Samples and Tests for Job Invoice

  Check box that indicates whether the invoice sample grid is opened for all samples in the job invoice, or only those samples that are flagged as invoiceable in the job invoice. Display only.

• Client Code

  The code of the client associated with the job invoice. Display only.

• Job Name

  The name of the job associated with the job invoice. Display only.

• Invoice Number

  The system-generated, laboratory-wide, unique identification number of the invoice. Display only.

Invoice Sample Grid

The grid displaying the sample schemes and sample scheme analytes for the selected job invoice.

A sample row is displayed in the invoice sample grid where the job invoice sample's Invoiceable is selected and the sample's Workflow Status is something other than Listed Not Received, Insufficient Sample or Not Analysed.

When the schemes are collapsed to display job invoice schemes in the invoice sample grid, a scheme column is displayed where the job invoice scheme's Invoiceable is selected.

When the schemes are expanded to display job invoice schemes that have no analytes, and job invoice scheme analytes, in the invoice sample grid, a scheme column is displayed where the job invoice scheme analyte's Invoiceable is checked.

• Primary Analytical Type

  The primary analytical type of the sample that denotes the type of QC assessment that the sample primarily undergoes:

  • Unknown

  • Duplicate

  • Replicate

  • Standard

  • Blank

  • Spike.

• Sample Name

  The name of the sample.

• Client Sample Name

  The client's name for the sample.

• Sample Code

  The code of the sample associated with the job invoice.

• Product Code

  The code of the product associated with the sample. Hidden on the grid by default, but added by showing individual grid items.

• Row Number

  The sequence number of the sample in the job invoice. Display only. Hidden on the grid by default, but added by showing individual grid items.

• Invoiceability

  Indicates whether the sample is included in the invoice.

  When schemes are collapsed to display job invoice sample schemes in the invoice sample grid, then a cell is highlighted to indicate whether the sample scheme is invoiceable:

  • Blue—The sample scheme is not registered for the sample.

  • Green—The sample scheme is invoiceable in the job.

  • Red—The sample scheme is not invoiceable for the job invoice, thereby overriding where the sample scheme is invoiceable in the job.

• When schemes are expanded to display job invoice sample scheme analytes in the invoice sample grid, then a cell is highlighted to indicate whether the sample scheme analyte is invoiceable:

  • Blue—The sample scheme analyte is not registered for the sample scheme.

  • Green—The sample scheme analyte is invoiceable in the job.

  • Red—The sample scheme analyte is not invoiceable for the job invoice, thereby overriding where the sample scheme analyte is invoiceable in the job.
