Screen flows
- Refresh—Reloads the original data. Any changes made since the last submit are lost.
- New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.
- Submit—Perform a search using the entered search criteria and display the results in the grid.

Job Name
The name of the job.

Archive Status
The archive status of the job indicating the location in which the job is stored. Display only. This can be:
- Online—The job is located in the Live Production Environment.
- Archived—The job is located in the Archive Repository.
- Offline—The job is located in the Offline Storage.

Group View
Indicates whether to display the detailed view audit trail events grouped by event. When checked, the detailed audit trail events are displayed in a grid under the summary Audit Trail events grid, for the selected row.

Application Name
Search audit trail events by one or more names of a related application. Wildcards are supported. Application names may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active audit application names from System Table Codes that have a Table Type of CC43—Audit Application Definitions, as configured in the MSETBL—Table Code Service application, sorted by table description. Refer to Maintaining System Table Codes.

Sample Name
Search audit trail events by a comma-separated list of sample names.

Client Sample Name
Search audit trail events by a comma-separated list of client sample names.

User
Search audit trail events by a comma-separated list of users.

Sample Description
Search audit trail events by a comma-separated list of sample descriptions.

Date From
Search audit trail events by when the audit trail event was written. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option: Between, Any, Null or Delta.

Scheme Code
Search audit trail events by a comma-separated list of scheme codes.

Scheme Name
Search audit trail events by a comma-separated list of scheme names.

Analyte Code
Search audit trail events by a comma-separated list of analyte codes.

Search audit trail events by a comma-separated list of analyte names.

Event Type
Search audit trail events by a comma-separated list of event types. An audit event type may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active audit types from System Table Codes with a Table Type of C05—Audit Type, as configured in the MSETBL—Table Code Service application. Sample Tracking Events
Indicates whether to return sample tracking events from a search:
- All
- Exclude Sample Tracking
- Only Sample Tracking.

Audit Event
Search audit trail events by one or more descriptions of audit events. Wildcards are supported. Audit event descriptions may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active audit event descriptions from System Table Codes with a Table Type of CC42—Audit Events, as configured in the MSETBL—Table Code Service application, sorted by table description. Group View Grid
This grid contains a grouped view of audit records for the job. Only applicable where the Group View is selected.

- Export to Report—Report selected records from the search display grid. Available report templates are defined by the SEARCH_REPORT_<ApplicationName> application preference.

Event Date
The date-time at which the event was audited.

User Code
The code of the user who caused the event to be audited.

Application Name
The name of the application that caused the event to be audited.

Audit Event
The event that occurred which was audited. If Audit Event Records are in the group header, click to display the list of modified fields in the detail view. Changes to custom attributes are also audited. Audit events of the following types display:

- Sample Added
- Sample Modified
- Job Stakeholder Modified
- Job Client Stakeholder Added
- Job User Stakeholder Added
- Job Stakeholder deleted
