Screen flows

Submit and return—Validate and save the changes on the screen, then return to the previous screen.

Submit—Validate and save the changes.

Refresh—Reload the original data. Any changes made since the last submit are lost.

Owner Code
The code of the organisation associated with the address.

Owner Type
The type of organisation associated with the address.

Owner Name
The name of the organisation associated with the address.

Is Active
Indicates whether the address is available in drop-down lists. An inactive entity cannot be selected for use.

Address Category
A category assigned to the address. Selected from categories with a Category Type of ADDRESSES.

Is Default
Indicates if the address is the default address for the organisation.

Address
The address details for the contact. Lines can be left empty. Where possible, it is best to consistently use the same lines for the same type of address information (for example, Suite or level numbers, post office box numbers, street name).

City
The name of the city.

County
The name of the county.

State
The name of the state.

Province
The name of the province.

Postcode
The postcode or ZIP code.

Country Code
The code of the country (or territory). A code may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active country codes from System Table Codes with a Table Type of CR—Country Code, as configured in the MSETBL—Table Code Service application. Refer to Maintaining System Table Codes.
