Screen flows

• Submit—Perform a search using the entered search criteria and display the results in the grid.

• New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.

• New—Create a new item related to the application.

• Saved Searches—Display a saved searches menu where you can save a search, rename and delete existing searches. Refer to Using the Screen Interface for more information.

Search criteria

• Scope

  Search QC masks by scope. The following options are available: All, Laboratory only, Organisation only.

• QC Mask Code

  Search QC masks by code.

• Name

  Search QC masks by the name.

• Description

  Search QC masks by the description.

• QC Mask Category

  Search QC masks by the category of a QC mask. Selected from categories with a Category Type of QC_MASKS.

• Status

  Search QC masks by a status:

  • All

  • Active only

  • Inactive only.

• Container Type Code

  Search QC masks by an associated container type. A container type may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active container types in scope with a Capacity Type of Tray, as configured in the CCCNTP—Container Type application. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCCNTP—Search Container Type screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.

• QC Type Code

  Search QC masks by the code of an associated QC type. A QC type may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active QC types in scope, as configured in the CCQCTP—QC Type application. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCQCTP—Search QC Type screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.

• Standard Code

  Search QC masks by the code of an associated standard. A standard may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active standards in scope, as configured in the CCSTND—Standard application. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCSTND—Search Standard screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.

• Standard Group Code

  Search QC masks by the code of a standard group in which an associated standard is a member. A standard group may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active standard groups in scope, as configured in the CCSTGP—Standard Group application. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCSTGP—Search Standard Group screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.

• Missing Standard Material only

  Search QC masks by whether a QC mask placement that has an Analytical Type of Blank, Standard or Spike has no linked Standard Group Code or Standard Code.

  • Export to Report—Report selected records from the search display grid. Available report templates are defined by the SEARCH_REPORT_<ApplicationName> application preference.
