Screen flows

• Submit—Perform a search using the entered search criteria and display the results in the grid.

• New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.

• New—Create a new item related to the application.

• Saved Searches—Display a saved searches menu where you can save a search, rename and delete existing searches. Refer to Using the Screen Interface for more information.

Search criteria

• Scope

  Search quotes by scope. The following options are available: All, Laboratory only, Organisation only.

• Quote Code

  Search quotes by code.

• Quote Category

  Search quotes by category. Selected from categories with a Category Type of QUOTES.

• Currency

• Search quotes by currency.

• Status

  Search quotes by status:

  • All

  • Active only

  • Inactive only.

• Scheme Code

  Search quotes by the code of an associated scheme. Schemes returned from the search include a) org-scope schemes that have no line of business or a line of business matching one of the laboratory's lines of business, and b) lab-scope schemes.

• Scheme Name

  Search quotes by the name of an associated scheme.

• Analyte Code

  Search quotes by the code of an associated analyte.

• Analyte Name

  Search quotes by the name of an associated analyte.

• Client Code

  Search quotes by code of an associated client.

• Client Name

  Search quotes by the name of an associated client.

• Contact Code

  Search quotes by the code of an associated contact.

• Contact Name

  Search quotes by the name of an associated contact.

• Project Code

  Search quotes by code of an associated project.

• Project Name

  Search quotes by the name of an associated project.

• Description

  Search quotes by description.

• Used by Client

  Search quotes by whether the quote is used by a client:

  • All

  • Yes

  • No.

• Default Start Date

  Search quotes by the default start date. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option: Between, Any, Null or Delta.

• Default End Date

  Search quotes by the default end date. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option: Between, Any, Null or Delta.

  • Export to Report—Report selected records from the search display grid. Available report templates are defined by the SEARCH_REPORT_<ApplicationName> application preference.
