Schemes returned from a search are filtered automatically by the laboratory's lines of business, however a line of business can be entered as a search criteria to further filter schemes by a specific line of business. A line of business may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active lines of business in scope, as configured in the CCLOFB—Line of Business application. Grid flows
- Export to Report—Report selected records from the search display grid. Available report templates are defined by the SEARCH_REPORT_<ApplicationName> application preference.
- Enable for Lab—Enabled the selected org-scope schemes for the laboratory so that they can be used for registering samples in laboratory jobs. The process creates a copy of the selected org-scope scheme and gives the copy enabled-scope, which is equivalent to lab-scope but associated with the org-scope scheme. By default, all attributes of the enabled-scoped scheme copy are read-only, unless a script can be applied to allow various attributes of the scheme, scheme version or analytes to be updated for local conditions, without impacting the org-scope scheme. An error message displays if you attempt to enable a lab-scope scheme
-
Approve—Approve selected schemes for export so that they can be used globally by all laboratories. This updates a scheme's Approve Date and user who has approved the entity. This action only applies to org-scope entities and is only valid for entities in the user’s current organisation.
-
Unapprove—Reverse the approval of selected schemes that were previously approved for export. This clears a scheme's Approved Date and user who previously approved the entity. This action only applies to org-scope entities, and is only valid for entities in the user’s current organisation.
-
Import Schemes—Import approved schemes from another organisation on the instance.
