Grid flows
-
Export to Report—Report selected records from the search display grid. Available report templates are defined by the SEARCH_REPORT_<ApplicationName> application preference.
-
Promote—Promote a standard to contain the latest scheme version for its specification scheme version analytes.
Note: Where no specification scheme analytes exist in the highest published scheme version, then no new specification scheme version analyte records are created, but the standard is still deemed promotable. In this situation, the user needs to manually create the specification scheme version analyte records for the required analyte codes.
-
Approve—Approve the entity for export so that it can be used globally by all laboratories. This updates the entity's Approve Date and user who has approved the entity. This action only applies to org-scope entities and is only valid for entities in the user’s current organisation.
-
Unapprove—Reverse the approval of the entity that was previously approved for export. This clears the entity's Approved Date and user who previously approved the entity. This action only applies to org-scope entities, and is only valid for entities in the user’s current organisation.
-
Import Standards—Click to import approved standards from another organisation on the instance.
-
